All prices shown below are as stated per week Friday to Friday.

Short Breaks

Three night Short Breaks are for 3 consecutive nights arriving on Friday. At weekends that means that even if you can't stay until Monday morning, your accommodation is yours all day Sunday, with no early morning departure. Four night mid-week Short Breaks are for 4 consecutive nights arriving on Monday

Please note that your arrival time for your booking is from 3 p.m. onwards. You must vacate the accommodation on the last day of your booking no later than 11 a.m.

Bookings

Before you book your relaxing break please be advised of the following:

Only the number of people specified in the booking are to stay in the accommodation.
Any problem, loss, damage or breakage should be notified to us immediately. Cost of any damages must be met by the visitor.

The proprietor lives locally and is always on hand to help and advise you.

A discount of 20% on the existing price is available for couples.

A 30% deposit of the appropriate price (i.e. total holiday price) made payable to Anna Robinson is required. The balance of your holiday payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The proprietor recommends that holiday insurance is taken out as, once confirmation of the booking has been received, the deposit will not be refundable under any circumstances.
